For garden of this scale a site survey may be required which will be charged at an hourly rate.

For gardens of 400 square metres and above or where the client prefers, a site survey will be required which will be charged at an hourly rate.
Although we will communicate ideas in a digital form every garden will also have a printed plan for each element of the design, additional plans will be made available at an additional cost to be agreed upon request.
A full site survey will be produced from which to base the final plan. This includes comprehensive boundary measurements and features, orientation of site and soil samples taken to ensure we select the right plants for your garden.
We will produce a design in line with the agreed client brief, we encourage you to think about this and take the opportunity to refine your vision with the option to have one round of alterations included in the cost. Additional alterations will be charged at the hourly rate and discussed with the client in advance.

The hourly rate for any additional services will be charged at £50 per hour, this includes travel both to and from site.
